Susan Potts
Receptionist
Susan started working at Goodfriends in 1992 as the custodian. When Goodfriends grew she became a receptionist also. She retired from the custodial work when her second child went to middle school. Susan is pleased to help you make an appointment, refill medications or answer your quesitons amongst her other duties. She enjoys Goodfriends' clients and their pets.
Susan lives in East Lyme with her husband and two children. They live with a variety of pets, a box turtle called Pandora, a ferret called Max, a frog called Son and a cat named Gabby. They get a lot of amusement from the silliness that ensues from such a diverse combination of species.
In her spare time Susan runs a beaded jewelry business called Flights of Fancy. She can be found at many of the local fairs and craft shows and at flightsoffancy1 on Etsy.com. She volunteers with the Cradle Roll at Christ Lutheran Church, enjoys gardening, revamping her home and spending time with her family.
